Faro de Torres

Lighthouse of Torres is integrated in the Archaeological-Natural Park of Campa de Torres, which has on its ground floor a permanent exhibition on the evolution of the bay of Gijón from pre-Roman times to the present day, and on the upper floor, houses the headquarters of the Manuel Fernández-Miranda archaeological library and the offices of the archaeological museums of Gijón. It is noteworthy to add that there is a viewpoint on the cliff with graphic documentation about the seabirds of the environment, and that it is a regular point of observation of birds, especially a colony of shearwaters cormorants, unique in the central area of Asturias.
